A Year Ago Today

Our 2nd Miracle was born at 08:38 am on December 27th 2007.

Happy Birthday Kevin David Jr.


I can't believe our little guy is One already. We love him so much I just wish DH was here to spend this day with us.

Well we spent a good part of this morning at the Urgent Care. Poor little guy has been running a fever since Christmas it had gone away last night but came back at around midnight. What we found out is he has a Right Ear Infection and a Virus. He also weighs 24 lbs and 9 ounces. I feel so bad for him getting his 1st Ear Infection on his 1st Birthday.

We had a small family day with Myself,DD and the Birthday Boy. DH even got to call from Iraq and webcam with us . He saw Jr open his presents and pick at his smash cake. He is allergic to diary that's why he just had a small cake. He didn't eat any of the cake but did taste the frosting a little.

Woke Up To This

We knew the snow was coming on Sunday. Sure enough it's here and strong. Hope you enjoy the pictures of our Lovely snow. It's still snowing snow and rain pellets.

Santa Claus Comes To Town

Santa Claus came to our small town today. He was at the Catholic Church at 6:15pm for pictures and meeting the kids.
Ashllie didn't get to go because she came down with the flu today. Poor thing since had so been looking forward to seeing Santa and Mrs.Claus. I told her me and the baby wouldn't go because it wasn't not fair to her even though we would just be across the street.
Well when Santa was arriving Ashllie started saying she wanted picturs of the SemiTruck that Santa arrived on and a goody bag. So since she asking so nicely I got the baby ready and off we went.
I took a few pictures to share hope y'all enjoy them. Also got a picture of Kevin Jr. sitting on Santas lap for the 1st time ever and guess what he didn't ever cry he was a happy little guy just starting at Santa.

Christmas Trees 2008 and Some Decorations

We put up our Christmas Trees and Decorations on Wednesday night. I finally was able to take some pictures today so hubby could see them.

The Tall Skinny Tree Ashllie decorated all by herself with her choice of ornaments. The Bigger Tree I did with mostly Hallmark Ornament's we have collected over the years.

Thanksgiving Dinner (Pictures) November 27th,2008

Sorry this is almost a week late but I finally uploaded a few of the pictures I took that day. We spent the day at my Brother in Law's house with his wife and children. Also my Father and Mother in Law and My Sister in Law's Parents.

We got to see Kevin on the Webcam and he watched us eat and then he was able to call us from The SandBox which was really nice. We all got a chance to talk to him except for Jr because he fell asleep before Kevin called.

Thanksgiving was also Jr's first Turkey holiday and he turned 11 months old.

Christmas Lights

Thanks to my Awesome Father in Law. We have some Christmas Lights on the outside of the house. Ashllie is so happy to have them and Jr doesn't have a clue what they are but he did seem to like looking at the lights when we turned them on last night.

Nice Suprise

I received a really nice Suprise via UPS on Tuesday. My loving husband sent me a Lovely note and a Beautiful Bouquet of Purple Roses and Lillies. I love my soldier so much and I miss him terribly. But even after 16 years of being together he still knows how to Suprise me.
