I have started eating more fruits,veggies and chicken and have cut down on red meat since I recently found out I'm allergic to it. I have also started walking more.
I read all labels because of mine and Junior's Food Allergies and have been working really hard to keep all those bad things out of our diets. It easy keeping it away from Junior because he is young but for me it has been hard to stop eating food I have been eating for over 30 years.
It's been a rough journey and it's taken me a year to lose the 50 pounds and I still have over 50 pounds to go but I will do it because I want to see my children grow up.
