Kevin Jr is 8 months today 08/27/08 and is Sick :(

Our little guy turned 8 months old today. I can't believe only 4 more months and our baby will be a year old. I love watching him grow and turn into a little boy and not just a baby.

This week he has been sick with a cold with a runny nose and a cough. I feel so bad for him because with the cold and teething he is miserable and fussy. Hopefully he will get better soon.I did take some pictures I just havent uploaded them yet.

Also our little guy starting sitting up by himself he averages about 5 to 6 mins now so that's a start. He loves smiling and showing mama his 8 teeth and he has started rocking back and forth on his hands and knees so crawling is coming really soon.

I do wish you could be here to watch all the firsts our baby is going through but since your in the Sandbox defending our Freedom you can't be and we are so proud of you .

I'm soooo happpy :) I was changing Bubba's diaper and the phone rang at 11:00pm tonite. Guess Who it Was ????? Yeppers you are right it was my Best Friend and Husband Kevin I got to hear his voice for about 3-5 mins and say I love you. You don't know how good it felt just to hear him. I miss hearing him talk and this was the best suprise I have gotten in along time.

Now I understand what people mean that you will cherish any call you receive from your soldier.Because right now I'm on cloud nine.

I just need to add I called my mom to tell her the great news that I finally got to talk to Kev and she burst my bubble by saying you've been talking to him online so what difference does this make. Well im'ing is one thing hearing his voice is totally different.

The Annoying Cricket

There was a criket downstairs that bugged me all afternoon and evening, and I brought Bubba upstairs for bed and I had Ashllie lay with him.
So I go downstairs to get everything I need for Jr for the nite and to try to kill the cricket which I didn't do, so I bring my diaper bag upstairs with the baby's stuff and when I get upstairs I start hearing the cricket get louder but I figured it's just trying to annoy me.
So I start unpacking the diaper bag and the damn thing jumps out of the bag onto the bed and I grab at it with my hand and it jumps into the hallway and I get a baby wipe and kill the damn thing.
Yay no more cricket sound :)

Ashllie's Weekend

Ashllie went and hungout with Grandpa and Grandma at The Lake Cabin she enjoyed it alot since she got to have them all to herself. She got picked up on Friday and came home today.
They went to garage sales on Satuday,had Subway for lunch, went to the rest home to see GrandpaGreat,and went to Walmart.
Then one Sunday they went to church,and went swimming in the lake, she said she had a blast swimming with Grandma and Grandpa.Then last night they came back into town and Ashllie stayed over at her Grandparents home.

Okay ready for something cool all of our baby's fussiness is paying off yes it is. Okay so on July 28th his right top tooth came in . Then August 3rd he got the one right next to the top right in and now when I looked a few minutes ago he has 2 more getting ready to break the surface so in the next day or 2 he will have 4 that's right 4 brand new top teeth.
