I called today my Beta is 567. I have to have blood drawn on May 10,2007 I know my levels will go up.

I went to WIC and got rectified. I weighed 247 1/2 . I go back in August 2007.
Went into my ultrasound and the dr was in a rush but did my ultrasound and sounded so so not totally promising . He said I was measuring 4 weeks and 6 days when I should have been 5 weeks and 6 days. He did see my gestational sac he also stated he want to do my beta levels and progesterone levels to make sure it wasn't an ectopic pregnancy and my pregnancy was progressing. I went and had my blood drawn and I see the Dr on Thursday May 10,2007. I'm praying everything is alright and I know I will be holding my baby in December.

Went to the diabetes center today. Was told what I need to eat and they changed my insulin dosage. From now on I have to take my sugars 7 times and day . My sugar needs to be less then 120 after 1.5hrs eating and my wakeup and pre meal less then 100 but they would like 60-95. I went and had my dr sign my insulin prescription and they changed my ultrasound time to 10:15 and I get to see Dr Stan from now on. I have also lost 7 pounds so far.

Today we realized the new diabetes med wasn't working like it should so the diabetes nurse changed my med and put me on insulin. Kevin went to pick it up after he was done with his dental appointment. I'm now taking 2 types of insulin a slow and a fast acting one. I will do whatever I need to do to make sure our baby is ok.

Today we went to New London for Bowling it was fun I didn't bowl but Ashllie and Kevin did. It was a smoke free place and that was cool. I took my meds and started writing everything I ate down it was ok doing so just have to remind myself that I have to check my blood sugar 1 hr after eating then if it over 120 check at the 2 hr mark.
We also went to my hubby uncle Ricky 50th Birthday. That was fine accept I had to sit in the garage with the men so the women wouldn't see I was nauseated all the time. But it turned out ok and we came home.

Today I went to my first prenatal appointment . They asked tons of questions. Said I was due on December 27,2007 which I know wasn't right I'm due January 1st,2008 . They then drew 9 vials of blood for testing. I was also given a Folic Acid prescription and was told to continue with my metformin and flinstone vitamin and my other meds.Was also given a couple magazines and a book.The appointment was done. I have a referral to the Diabetes center for April 30,2007 and an ultrasound appointment for May 7,2007.
I received a phone call in the afternoon that I needed to start a new Diabetes so we went to Target to pick it up and I started taking it.
